Policy on Publishing Completed Work
LVN Alterations sewing studio
By submitting an item (garment) to LVN Alterations sewing studio for alterations or other services, the client automatically agrees that the completed work and/or the process of work may be photographed or recorded and used for publication on the company’s social media pages, website, and other promotional or marketing materials.
All publications are used strictly for demonstration and advertising purposes and do not transfer ownership rights of the client’s item to any third party.
If the client does not wish their item or the completed work to be published in any public or promotional materials, the client must notify LVN Alterations sewing studio in advance and sign a separate non-publication contract prior to the start of the work.
Such a non-publication contract is available, the amount of which is determined by LVN Alterations sewing studio.
In the absence of a signed non-publication contract, LVN Alterations sewing studio reserves the right to publish images or videos of the completed work.

Video Recording Policy
LVN Alterations sewing studio
For safety, quality control, and promotional purposes, LVN Alterations sewing studio reserves the right to conduct continuous video recording on the premises.
By entering the studio, all clients and visitors automatically consent to video recording during their entire time inside the studio.

Respect Policy
Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect at all times.
Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service without a refund at the discretion of LVN Alterations sewing studio.

4)
Rush Orders Policy
Rush orders are subject to availability and require an additional fee.
Completion times for rush services are not guaranteed and depend on workload and complexity of the work.

5)
Item Condition & Liability Policy
LVN Alterations sewing studio is not responsible for any pre-existing defects, wear, or damage in items submitted for service.
Any issues caused by natural wear or hidden defects that become apparent during or after the work are not subject to compensation.

6)
Right to Refuse Service Policy
LVN Alterations sewing studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases of aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior, or if the requested service is beyond the studio’s capabilities.
